Returns & Exchanges
Here at Relished, our goal is to ensure that you are as happy as possible with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the guidelines below to help us make sure you are completely satisfied with our service.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. The purchase date is shown on your original receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that it was received. Items that are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged; nor undergarments and shapewear (including underwear, briefs, thongs, contouring undies and shorts, and closed corsets).
Also, all items marked "Final Sale" or ending in .88 or .99 are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within one week after we receive your return. Refunds will be returned in the same form of payment that they were purchased. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to deny the full refund of any item based on its condition upon its return. All items will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return policy. If a returned item does not meet our guidelines, it is subject to denial, store credit, and/or a 25-50% restocking fee. By purchasing from Relished.com, you accept these terms and conditions.
If you would like to make a return, please make sure that the item you are returning meets the criteria above. If it does, please e-mail us at to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To make an exchange, please follow the procedures for a return and simply place a new order to purchase the item you would like to replace it with. Returned items must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
One you've received a Return Authorization Number, enclose your unworn items with your RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package and send the items you would like to return to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Follow the steps above for making a return. In the meantime or once you receive credit back from us (whichever you feel most comfortable with), the easiest way to exchange is by simply placing a new order to purchase the item you would like to replace your original purchase.
